Jen Lawrence

My coaching approach brings the knowledge of my 25-year HR and Leadership experience together with my passion to help people to be at their best. I listen, focus on the challenges, and help my client to find the answers, so they and their business can develop and move forward.

My clients tell me they value the clarity and focus I bring combined with my creative approach, energy, and sense of fun . I like to build strong working relationships and to really understand my clients and coach them to have a deeper understanding and insight into thoughts and emotions that lie below the surface. I provide an arena for personal development, self-reflection and help people to achieve things that they didn’t think were capable of through unlocking their potential.

I am accredited in a variety of Psychometric assessments including Lumina Sparks, Insights & Hogan. I have a Fellowship of the CIPD, Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AoEC and I am in the process of completing my Advance Diploma in Executive Coaching.

I enjoy playing the piano, clarinet and saxophone. I try and play tennis, enjoy yoga and love the outdoors – happily kayaking a river or cycling!
